Regional Vice President of Sales (Eastern)

The Regional Vice President of Sales - Eastern will report to the Vice President of North American Sales and be responsible for leading the Eastern Region Sales team. The RVP will lead a team of Sales Executives who are responsible for developing and closing new business within the assigned territory as well as creating opportunity within and finalizing sales of our current customer base while increasing revenues within the assigned region. The RVP will be responsible for developing the regional sales team which will include interviewing, hiring, and developing employees to ensure Sales Executives have a superior knowledge of solutions and sales process. RVP office location is subject to change.


• Participate in sales forecasting and planning.
• Customer Business Plan creation, presentation and review
• Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals
• Establishes and maintains industry contacts that lead to sales
• Meets with key clients, mentors sales representatives to maintain relationships and negotiate and close deals.
• Maintains up-to-date understanding of competitors' activities and competitive offerings
• Maintains up-to-date understanding of industry trends and technical developments that effect target markets



  • Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years of successful sales experience, ideally within the Healthcare IT space
  • Experience leading a team of 5 – 8 Sales Executives
  • Able to work in an entrepreneurial high growth company
