Account Executive – 200K @ Plan – uncapped commissions.

Medical Device – Capital Equipment –

Territory: Michigan - Ohio


The Company:


Excellent opportunity with a high growth leader in the medical technology industry.  This entrepreneurial company is in the business of selling medical capital equipment & software to the acute care setting, providing end to end solutions with their innovative technology. 


Duties and Responsibilities:

·        Identify, develop and work with thought leaders to demonstrate improved outcomes due to this vastly superior technology. 

·        Target customers not yet considering technologies, pending active sales opportunities, as well as existing customers.

·        Provide critical information to marketing and upper management including market trends and competitive activity.

·        Maintain thorough product knowledge including ability to position and demonstrate product.



A Bachelor’s degree with five years of sales experience with a minimum of three years’ experience selling medical devices, medical products or information technology in a hospital environment.

Experience selling health care information technology systems and/or medical capital equipment, and calling on multi-departmental hospital middle management executives. Experience calling at the hospital C-Suite level is highly desirable.

Successfully completed a formal sales training that focused on strategic and consultative selling and territory management.

A demonstrated track record of sales achievements and meeting and/or exceeding sales objectives, a proven ability to follow a disciplined sales model and process, and a stable work history. Previous experience with team selling is preferred.

Strong business acumen and excellent negotiation, influencing, business planning, sales strategy, problem solving and decision making skills.

Excellent oral and written communication and organization and time management skills. Proficiency with MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), contact management software, and the Internet


Salary & Benefits:


  • 65,000 Base; $200,000 at plan; not capped
  • Full Medical
