Director, Inside Sales

 

We are seeking an exceptional, results-oriented Director, Inside Sales with a proven track record in managing, measuring and monitoring inside sales team performances as well as ability to build out and improve the existing sales function.  Core duties include P&L responsibilities, developing annual sales plan to achieve individual and team goals, designing and establishing sales territories, sales performance metrics, quotas and incentive plans, promoting customer retention and establishing favorable relationships with new and existing accounts to ensure successful achievement of company objectives. Other duties include providing training to Inside Sales Representatives in sales skills, product knowledge, time management and customer relations.  This savvy candidate will also have previous call center management experience and liaise with Customer Care leadership to develop the infrastructure required for optimization of the call center’s function. Requires strong management and natural leadership skills with ability to motive, mentor, coach and retain our sales team for success. Growth opportunities and high visibility for star performer.

Requirements

 

  • BA/BS in Business, Marketing or related field with five years of sales experience and or training with at least three years in management. MBA or advanced degree a plus.
  • Requires strong analytical skills with proven ability to drive sales excellence through effective territory management, account planning, sales forecasting, trending, documentation, pipeline management and target setting.
  • Requires leader with knowledge of medical aesthetics manufacturing, project management, FDA regulation and cGMPs.
  • Requires superior written and presentation skills coupled with strong interpersonal and team building capabilities across different functional areas.
  • Must be a confident and motivated self starter with a strong sense of accountability, sales urgency and customer service orientation.
  • Minimal Travel Required.
